Privacy Policy
Who we are
RESRA (Real Estate Sales Rentals App) and RESRA Managed are products of deJesus.biz, operated by Gamalier de Jesús in Puerto Rico. RESRA Managed builds and hosts direct-booking websites for vacation rental owners and real estate professionals. Contact: hi@resra.app.
What we collect on this website
- Quote requests: the name, email, and property details you type into the form, used only to reply to you.
- Basic analytics: anonymous page views and approximate region, to understand what visitors read. No advertising trackers.
What we handle when you become a client
- Your account and site content: listings, photos, calendars, prices, and settings you put into your RESRA site.
- Your guests' data, on your behalf: when a guest books or sends an inquiry on your site, their name, contact details, and stay dates are stored in your site's own isolated database. You own and control that data; we process it only to run your site.
- Payments: handled by Stripe. Card numbers go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers. Payouts go to your own Stripe account.
Where data lives
Each client site runs on its own isolated Supabase database (hosted on AWS, United States regions) and is served through Netlify's CDN. Backups follow those providers' standard practices.
What we don't do
- We don't sell or rent personal data. Ever.
- We don't run third-party advertising trackers on client booking sites.
- We don't use your guests' data for anything except operating your site.
Third-party services
We rely on: Stripe (payments), Supabase (databases and authentication), Netlify (hosting and DNS), Brevo (transactional email and newsletters, when you enable them), and Anthropic (the optional RESRA AI assistant; it works only on your own site's data and its drafts are never published without your review). Each processes data under its own privacy policy.
Data export and deletion
You can request a full export of your listings, bookings, and guest list at any time, and it's included when you cancel. To delete your account and its data, email hi@resra.app; we remove production data within 30 days of a confirmed request, after which it survives only in short-lived backups.
Children's privacy
Our websites and services are not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update the date above. Material changes get an email to active clients.
